Alan Jones is known for working across a broad spectrum of mediums. In this exhibition, 3:33 Art Projects presents paintings, digital drawings and soft sculptures as Figure and Landscape serves as a brief overview of the artists work between 2006 to 2018.
Figures, portraits and the Australian landscape feature heavily in Jones’ oeuvre. Self-portraits and family members become Jones’ central motif, and rendered views depict places of particular relevance as Jones takes his personal line of action to the subject matter.
